On August 21, Kurt Okraku and George Afriyie alternated to go through the vetting process for the upcoming Ghana Football Association (GFA) elections at the Alisa Hotel in Accra.

Kurt Okraku, the incumbent, began his vetting session at 11:00 am, and George Afriyie, the former vice president of the Ghana Football Association, who is hoping to defeat Okraku, followed suit at a later time.

In the lead-up to the Ghana Football Association Elections, which will choose the GFA’s leadership and membership for the upcoming administration, the vetting procedure is a crucial phase.
The decisions of the Elections Committee will be made known on Monday, August 28, prior to the Tamale Elective Congress on September 27.
