Assin North’s James Quayson’s election as a representative was declared unlawful by the Supreme Court .
The Supreme Court ruled that James Gyakye Quayson’s election as the MP for Assin North was unlawful.
A seven-member court panel unanimously decided on Wednesday morning (May 17, 2023) to order Parliament to remove Mr. Quayson’s name from the rolls of MPs, according to Emmanuel Ebo Hawkson of Graphic Online.
