Ghana has been added to the South Africa E-Visa list; check the online visa application requirements
Ghana has been added to South Africa’s list of countries eligible for E-visas, according to the South Africa High Commission in Ghana.
The South African High Commission said in a statement dated Thursday, September 28, 2023, that by including Ghana on the E Visa list, Ghanaian nationals “can apply online for visas to South Africa without visiting the High Commission.”
All Ghanaians who want to apply for visas were asked by the High Commission to visit www.dha.gov.za to get the necessary information.
The statement said that “normal requirements such as passport details, letter of invitation/proof of accommodation, and a bank statement would be verified on arrival at the point of entry.”
The South African High Commission also advised people to visit the VFS Global Offices to pick up their passports if they had been there for longer than three months.
