Parliament resumes sittings today
After a few weeks off, the Eighth Parliament will reconvene today, Tuesday, June 6.
The Second Meeting of the Third Session will officially begin then.
Speaker Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin gave notice of the restart on Friday, May 19.
It was done in accordance with Standing Order 37.
On Tuesday, the House will formally welcome Eric Yaw Anim as a new representative for the Kumawu Constituency.
