Black Sheriff exhibits maturity at the Mozama Disco concert.

It was not unexpected that many people had high expectations when Black Sheriff announced his first headline event in the last part of the year because he has unquestionably ascended to the top of the musical food chain.

Black Sheriff whetted the appetite of the music audience by promising a thrilling encounter while armed with the knowledge of enormous support and following, and his performance at the Mozama Disco concert, which took place at the La Palm Beach Hotel in Accra last Wednesday, December 21, was nothing short of spectacular.

It was a two hour music “love affair” which saw Kwaku The Traveller hitmaker taking the visibly excited and charged audience on a journey of great music presentation and stage craft.

With the support of a live band, Black Sheriff gave patrons an awesome meal of high-energy performance.

And of course, his intermittent interactions with the audience during his performance was just on point as well.

The audience was entertained for the entire two hours by his selection of hit songs, including Wasteman, Oh Paradise, First and Second Sermon, Money, and Konongo Zongo, among others.

The moment Sarkodie joined him on stage to perform Country Side was the high point of his performance.

A number of other artists, including KiDi, Fameye, The Asakaa Boys, Bosom P Young, Wendy Shay, La Meme Gang, Dope Nation, Lasmid, Cina Soul, and Gyakie, had outstanding performances throughout the evening.

The management of Black Sheriff stated in an interview with Graphic Showbiz that Mozama Disco Concert was not a one-time event and will take place every year to provide fun-seekers with a satisfying treat of upbeat performances.
